Nose:An airy character and a very pure intensity, underlined by notes of white peaches, queen-claude, and anise.

Mouth: A tactile approach imbued with smoothness, with sustained freshness. A remarkable harmony and precision supported by aromas of citrus, zest, and a long and juicy finish reminiscent of the Jonathan apple.
