Tasting Notes: This sparkling wine from Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, and Pinot Auxerrois is bright and zesty aromatically, offering up scents of apple, white peach, a touch of menthol, lovely minerality, and a top note of dried flowers. On the palate, the wine is fullish, crisp and very refined, with good intensity of flavor, frothy mousse, and fine mineral signature on the vibrant finish.
